BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS
MBRC background investigations consist of accurate processes to
uncover official and commercial records of persons and businesses.
These checks allow better informed and less-subjective evaluations
when trusted positions or transactions are applied for such as:
nominees to the Board of Directors, potential corporate investors,
business associates, industry competitors and potential employees.
MBRC assists corporate employers in obtaining background information
on prospective employees protecting them from potential damages in
negligent hiring.

MBRC background investigations are performed on an individual basis
determent on the client's needs. Information may include but is not
limited to the following areas of investigation:

Civil, Bankruptcy, Lien and Judgment Record Searches
MBRC investigates past court records for civil suits and judgments in
counties in which the subject has resided in including: an advanced
address search for rentals and owned properties as well as prior
employment history.

Criminal Record Search
MBRC uncovers criminal records in county courts where the individual
has resided. Typically, we uncover the past seven to ten years, further if
necessary. In various states, we are capable of conducting a statewide
criminal conviction search with the signed authorization of the applicant.
Obtaining reports on good conduct and a lack of criminal record assists
clients in making solid decisions in their business matters.

Credit Profile
MBRC provides credit profiles in accordance with the guidelines set forth
in the Federal Fair Credit and Reporting Act. Credit profiling provides
insight into your prospects responsibility toward his or her financial
obligations. These profiles may include information such as: payment
history, tax liens, judgments, bankruptcies and other relevant
information. Note: The individual must provide a signed release
authorizing the search.

Drivers License History
MBRC consultants provide clients with copies of individual driving
records covering the past three years unless otherwise specified.
Report information includes history of violations, including DUI’s,
suspensions and prosecution purposes.

Verification of Educational Credentials
MBRC verifies individual educational credentials including all
institutions, dates attended and degrees awarded. Note: subject must
sign a release to obtain school transcripts and related records.

Verification of Professional Licenses
MBRC authenticates professional licenses currently held by individuals.
If existent, our consultants will provide evidence of disciplinary action or
regulatory sanctions taken against the subject by a licensing body.

Media Coverage
MBRC offers multi-media monitoring across publications, newspapers
and trade journals related to the subjects industry. In-depth internet
research is cross checked and verified for its accuracy. Relevant fact
